Joseph Alaimo recently appeared as Garn in My Thing of Love and serves as the House Manager. He began his relationship with the company as the stage manager for Big Dreams in 2004. Joey has been acting since a young age, taking to the stage with his parents in Italian community theatre here in Chicago. Since then, he has been involved in many different elements of theatre including spending a year as the literary intern for Milwaukee Rep during their 2001-2002 Season. He also finds himself fortunate enough to make a "daytime" living in theatre—he is the Assistant Events Manager and Marketing Coordinator at the North Shore Center for the Performing Arts in Skokie. Joey wishes to thank you, the audience, for supporting the smaller theatres in the massive Chicago theatre scene.
